Where we work
Britbunch is based in Gravesend, Kent, and most of our work is done remotely — so where you are matters less than what you're trying to grow. We regularly work with businesses across Kent (Gravesend, Dartford, Medway, Maidstone and the surrounding towns), across London, and with UK companies further afield. We also work with international clients: our biggest documented result to date is for a customised gifting business in India.

Common questions before you email
How quickly will I hear back?
Usually the same working day, Monday to Friday. If you email over a weekend, expect a reply on Monday.
Is the audit really free?
Yes, and there's no obligation attached to it. It takes us about 20 minutes and it's the fastest way for both sides to work out whether there's a job worth doing.
Do you have a minimum contract?
No. Some clients take a one-off build — for example the £99.99 website — and never need anything else. Ongoing SEO and ads work better over months rather than weeks, and we'll say so, but we don't lock you in to find that out.
Do you work with small budgets?
Often, yes — but we'll tell you honestly if your budget won't achieve what you're asking for, rather than taking it and underdelivering. That conversation is free too.
Can you take over work another agency started?
Yes. Tell us what was done and, if you can, share access to the accounts. We'll review it before we recommend replacing anything.
