Using the site

You may browse the site and use its forms for lawful purposes. Please do not try to interfere with how it works, gain access to any part of it you are not meant to, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

Information on the site

We try to keep the information here accurate and current, but it is general information, not advice on your particular situation. Check anything important with us before relying on it.

Intellectual property

The text, images, design and code on this site belong to Britbunch Limited or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Work shown for clients remains theirs.

Links to other websites

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

Availability and liability

We may change or withdraw any part of the site without notice, and we do not promise it will always be available. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, we are not responsible for loss arising from reliance on general information on this site, which is provided free of charge.

How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Part 2. £99.99 one-page website offer terms

These terms apply when you order the one-page website offer described at britbunch.co.uk/website-in-48-hours/.

What is included

A one-page website with up to seven sections, based on the brief you send us, plus one revision round: after you review the finished site, you send us one set of changes before launch and we make them. Extra pages and ecommerce are not included and are quoted separately.

Price and payment

The price is a one-off £99.99 including VAT, paid to Britbunch Limited. It is the only payment to Britbunch for this offer. Britbunch Limited is VAT-registered and issues a VAT invoice. We send the payment link by email together with your brief.

Domain and hosting

The price does not include your domain name or hosting. You buy these from a provider you choose and pay that provider directly, at its own prices. We set them up for you, in your name, and they remain yours.

The 48 hours

The 48 hours starts when we receive your completed brief. A completed brief means the text, photos and business details we ask for in our reply to your enquiry. The clock does not start on payment, and it does not start while any of that is missing.

If we are late

If we cannot make your site live within 48 hours of receiving your completed brief for a reason within our control, we will tell you why and agree a new date with you, or refund the £99.99 in full if you prefer.

Cancelling

This offer is for businesses. If you order as a consumer, that is as an individual acting outside your trade, business or profession, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you 14 days from the day of the contract to cancel. By sending us your completed brief within those 14 days you ask us to begin the work straight away; if you then cancel before delivery, you pay for the work done up to that point and we refund the rest. To cancel, email Sales@britbunch.co.uk.

What you own

Once the site is delivered you own the website files, the design, your domain and your hosting account. If you later move to another provider, you take all of it with you.
